When it comes to gauging the final collection report for any film, the overseas collections play a crucial role. So, a lot of work goes in promoting the films abroad and there is also the system of heroes and their market value in places like USA, UK while selling the overseas rights.
But here is one information which is causing a big surprise. It is heard that in overseas (only USA) the film ‘Devudu Chesina Manushulu’ starring Ravi Teja got sold for around 70 lacks. On the contrary, the new movie ‘Sreemanarayana’ starring Nandamuri Balakrishna has reportedly been sold for 30-35 lacks.
This gives rise to a crucial question - Is Balayya’s value Half of Ravi Teja in overseas??? The overseas trade analysts say “It has nothing to do with image. Balayya still commands good following but the last few movies of his have been going through a slump. For Ravi Teja, the plus point is the Puri Jagannadh factor and Ileana factor.”
